Question by Lacy Hickman: Weight loss, fiber, workout, questions?
I am a 19 year old girl I also am about 5’9 in height . I began at 206 pounds and in the last month and a half I have gone down to 198 pounds. I began just cutting foods out and consuming a little fiber.
But now I want to buckle down. Im thinking of putting my food on a strictly 1,300 calorie diet. I drink normally water or ice tea. Mornings: entire grain 100 calorie bread with decreased fat peanut butter and typically fruit. I often have a protein bar each day and typically a fruit smoothie but it depends on the day.
For lunch normally salad or sandwiches. Weat bread and all.
Or i replace my lunch with a meal that is normally 260 calories or so.
For snacks i like to snack on fruit and crackers. Dinner just adjustments all the time. I also wanted to take fiber pills to clean out my system, how many should I take a day? My typically workout on the elliptical for 20-25 minutes no less then three days a week. But I often walk around for school and work , so I am moving most of my day..
Any suggestions on how I should work out? What food i should eat? Fiber?
